Caramel shortbread bonbons are among our most popular flavours, so I decided to upgrade them into a full-sized bar!

The first layer features a generous layer of rich, gooey vanilla caramel. 

Finished with a layer of vegan white chocolate and crunchy caramelised Lotus biscuits. 

A delicious 54% dark chocolate shell provides the perfect balance to the shortbread sweetness.

Storing our chocs:
Our chocs are best stored at room temperature away from humid conditions. As they are made fresh to order they are most enjoyable within 4 weeks... however we highly doubt they will last this long!
