When will my order be posted?
We only post orders on a Monday.
All orders received before 08:00am on Friday (unless stated otherwise on Instagram) will be posted the following Monday.
Orders placed after 08:00am on a Friday will not be included in the batch being dispatched the following Monday. These orders will be posted a week on Monday (10 days later).
This ensures when you receive your chocolates they are freshly made, usually just 2 or 3 days before your get your hands on them!
At checkout you have an option of 'Tracked 24' or 'Tracked 48' delivery with Royal Mail. Your order will only ever be dispatched on a Monday but if you choose 'Tracked 24' you will receive it a day or two quicker than 'Tracked 48'.
How will my order be sent?
All our orders are sent by Royal Mail via Tracked 24 or 48 hour postage depending on your choice at checkout. 24 hour should take 1-2 days from dispatch. 48 hour should take 2-3 days from dispatch. You will receive an email once your order has been dispatched with a tracking reference.
How long will my chocs last?
We imagine not for long! If you are giving them as a gift, or want to hold on to them for a little longer, they will last up to 3-4 weeks. However, as all the ingredients we use are fresh they are most delicious eaten straight away.
Do you cater for events and weddings?
Yes! We offer bespoke packages to cater for your event. Please send your enquiry to contactus@kindheartedchocs.com
Can I swap flavours inside the selection boxes?
With certain boxes you can, please send us a message or email before ordering to check this is possible.
Where should I store my chocs?
Keep them in a cool, dry place. In summer, please place your chocs in the fridge for 20 mins when received and then store in a cool, dark place. The life of your truffles can be extended by placing them in the fridge but be sure to bring them back to room temperature before eating as this is when they taste the best!
What allergens do I need to be aware of?
Please refer to the ingredients list on the product page and/or the label sticker on the box. We handle several allergens in our kitchen so cannot guarantee products to be allergen free. Please get in touch if you have any other questions regarding allergens.
How will my item(s) be packaged?
All of our items are beautifully packaged and are perfect for gifting. If you want your order gift wrapped with a ribbon and tissue paper, and a personalised message, you can add this for a small extra cost at checkout.
What payment methods are accepted?
All our payments must be made online. We accept most Credit and Debit cards, Apple Pay and Paypal.
Do you offer refunds?
We do not offer returns or refunds for items as they are made to order and are perishable goods. However, we will of course refund or replace any order which you did not receive.
